The Jockey Club of Brazil, with its headquarter in Rio de Janeiro City, beyond having beautiful facilities in Gávea Hippodrome, has a horse racing track with beautiful views to the Rio mountains and specially to Corcovado mount. Jockey Club has two sectors of stands and usually you do not have to pay to enter. The best sector to visit require a dress code, although it is simple and quite informal. Men have to wear at least sneaker, trousers and shirt with sleeves. T-shirt is ok as well. Women have to wear at least casual clothes. If you you are wearing flip-flop sandals, shorts or singlets you will be admitted only on the more casual sector.
